Course description:

In this five-week lifewriting course, we explore our own lives as narrative landscapes. We excavate our memories and examine the generational patternings that have shaped us. We explore aspects of our childhood, our formative relationships and the adventures of our youth. Through listening to the body, we use our senses as tools of self-discovery. We enter the forest of our shadows, and invite them to speak and share their wisdom. We ask deep questions about faith and spiritual meaning and we have fun every step of the way.
